Pursuant to an order herefore enleved up in the cause for the trial of the 
issue at law = Will or No Will 
        PLAINTIFFS State and aver that John Jupin Senr. was of unsound Mind & 
memory at the time the instrument of writing alledged by James (Lewis)[1] Jupin 
to be his last will & testament purports to have been Executed (which 
instrument marked (B) is herewith annexed)[2] and that the sd. instrument is 
not his last will Testament.  And they state and aver that the sd. Instrument 
was Not duly Executed by him as his last will & testament and is not his last 
will & testament.[3]
