The Commonwealth of Kentucky to the Sheriff of Bullitt County greeting we 
command you to summon Freeborn Jupin, James Jupin, Lewis Jupin, Elijah Wright & 
Clemency Wright his wife formerly Jupin, Hugh Lemaster and Mary his wife 
formerly Jupin, Alexander McAdams & Catharine his wife formerly Jupin, Charles 
Donnehugh and Sophia his wife formerly Jupin, John Richy and Ellender his wife 
formerly Jupin and Henry Dismore, John Dismore, Nathaniel Dismore, James 
Dismore, Ellender Dismore, Olly Dismore and Sarah Dismore, Children of Sarah 
Dismore decd. formerly Sarah Jupin & Nelly Richy, John Richy, William Richy, 
Lewis Richy, Cornelius Richy and Mary Richy Children of Kizea Richy decd. 
formerly Kizea [Jupin] and Elizabeth Jupin Martha Jupin, William Jupin, 
[Rebecca] Jupin, Elisha Jupin [and John] Jupin Infant Child[ren of Jo]hn Jupin 
Junr. decd [Children] and Grand [Children of John Jupin decd. to appear before 
the Judges] of our [Nelson] Circuit court [at the court] house in Bards Town on 
the first day of our next March Term to answer a Bill in Chancery exhibited 
against them by Charles Medcalf and Elizabeth his wife formerly Elizabeth Jupin 
and this they shall in no wise Omit under the penalty of £100 and have then 
there this writ Witness James Slaughter Junr. Clerk of our said Court this 17th 
day of February 1816 and in the 24th year of the Commonwealth.
