        This day came the parties by their Counsel and the defendants tendered 
a statememnt & plea herein marked ( C )  Ordered that the same be filed and the 
Complainants filed a replication and Defts a joinder to sd plea and on motion 
of the Defendants a Subpa. Access Secuen is awarded them against Benjamin 
Grayson Clerk of the Nelson County Court to bring with him the Original Will of 
John Jupin decd. And thereupon on motion of the said Defendants and Oath of 
Charles A Wickliff is ordered that this suit be continued untill the 3d day of 
the next Term and it is further Ordered that the Complainants recover against 
the said Defendants their Costs at this Term expended - And during the progress 
of this suit the Complts tendered Exceptions Marked ( A ) which is ordered to 
be filed and made a part of the record in this Cause.
