Graveside services for Patsy Sue Wells Kemplin, 60, of Danville will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Grove Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery, Casey County.
She died Monday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. 
She was born April 29, 1942, in Metropolis, Ill. She was a private duty caregiver.
Survivors include her companion, Kenneth Adams of Danville; two sons, Randy R. 
Kemplin and Roger A. Kemplin, both of Danville; a daughter, Ladrenda Grantham of Paducah; a brother, Butch Wells of Illinois; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday at Stith Funeral Home.
