Kenley December 22 1854 Boyle-Lincoln County KyArchives Deed Written: December 22 1854 Recorded: January 1 1855 Deed Book 5, page 576 This Indenture made and entered into this 22nd day of December one thousand eight hundred and fifty four, by and between F. Kenly of the County of Lincoln and State of Kentucky, of the first part and John C. McGinnis, of the County of Boyle and State of Kentucky of the second part. Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained and sold, and by these presents doth grant bargain, sell, alien and convey unto the said John C. McGinnis and to his heirs and assigns, one certain tract or parcel of land, with all the appurtenances, lying and being in the County of Boyle and State of Kentucky, adjoining the town of Perryville, and bounded as follows to wit. On the East, South and West by Mrs. Cynthia Tadlock, and on the North by Willis G. Broyles & James M. Gray, containing Four acres, be the same more or less, and all the estate, right, title and interest and fee of the said party of the first part of in and to the same, to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land, with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns, to their only proper use, benefit and behoof forever, and the said party of the first part covenant, and agree with the said party of the second part, and with his heirs and assigns that he will, and that his heirs executors and administrators shall warrant and forever defend the said tract of land with all the appurtenances unto the said party and to his heirs and assigns against the claim of all and every person whatsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
