Caldwell - George Kernodle November 11 1867 Boyle County KyArchives Deed Written: November 11 1867 Recorded: November 11 1867 Deed Book 10, page 258 For and in consideration of the Sum of One hundred and Eighty Dollars to be paid twelve months from this date by S. S. Caldwell. We Geo Kernoble and Margaret Kernoble his wife have this day bargained and sold aliened and conveyed unto the Said S. S. Caldwell his heirs & assigns forever, all the undervided [sic] interest that She the said M. J. Kernoble has in and to the home tract of land as one of the heirs of Washington McGinnis decr also all [crossed out] her undivided interest in the interest of Martha Ann McGinnis decr the two interests supposed to contain about 7-1/2 acres. We will warrant the title unto S. S. Caldwell free from the claims of all persons. Witness our hand this 11 Nov 1867. Geo. Kernoble Margaret Kernoble State of Kentucky Boyle County Sct. I, J. B.
