Wilson - George Kernodle November 11 1867 Boyle County KyArchives Deed Written: November 11 1867 Recorded: November 11 1867 Deed Book 10, page 257 For and in consideration of the Sum of Sixty dollars to be paid to us on the 1st day of August 1868 by Chas. W. Wilson col We George Kernoble and Margaret J. Kernoble his wife have this day bargained and sold aliened & conveyed unto the said Chas. Wilson all the interest that the Said M. J. Kernoble has as heir at law of Mary McGinnis dec'd and also all[crossed out] the interest that decended to her as heir at law of Martha Ann McGinnis in Said Mary McGinnis interest in the division of the home tract of land, lying on the South Side of Knoblick road and adjoining the the said Chas. Wilson, both interests Supposed to be about 2-1/2 acres, be the same more or less. And we will warrant the title free from the claims of all persons. Witness our hands this 11th day of November 1867.
