Thompson W. KING Decd and Heirs at Law of James M. BEARD Decd makes the following 
report to the Spencer County Court of sd Orphans Estate ___ Recd from Wm. W. SWEARINGEN 
on the 2nd day of April 1847 $827.34 One tract of land in Nelson County now under rent 
at $120 per annum number of acres not recollected One negro girl named SIMICA One do do 
named ELIZA 3/5 of one Eighth of 502 acres 2 R 22 poles of land do do of 205 do 2 R 18 
poles of do ____ tract do do of 84 acres of land do do of 164 acres of do in Bullitt 
County 3/5 of Negro man slave named MERRITT 3/5 of $456.25 due from James M. BEARDS Heirs 
on the Division of the slaves One Negro woman slave named ENCHRED & her three children

At a County Court held for Spencer County on Monday the 3rd day of July 1848.
