Additional Comments:
I don't know what the "H. O. H. O." between the doctor's name (where he
signed 
off on the certificate) and the pre-printed form's "M. D.", stands for.  Am 
presently trying to determine what the acronym stands for.

The death certificate erroneously lists a "Mary Hardesty" as Raphael's
mother.  
His mother is actually Louisa Robbins, born in Decatur County, Indiana. It
is 
believed a possibility that the "Mary Hardesty" should instead be "Nancy 
Hardesty", the woman who is believed to be the mother of Raphael's father...

William Knott... and most of his siblings, including the elder Raphael Knott

from Raymond, Breckinridge County, Kentucky.
