DEED: James Leach to John Leach, Mortgage, 1833, Bath Co Bath Co., KY Deed Book I Page 371 Leech To } Mortgage Leech Know all men by these presents that I James Leach do hereby mortgage to John Leach all my tools Cosisting of planes Saws fhyles bits and braces turning lathe and tools be--- to it two feather beds and Steads and furniture belong to them one womans sadle one Cupboard one breakfast Table five Chears teen gallon Kittle and three hundred -?- Cherry plank this mortgage is to Secure the payment of forty Dollars in part pay for a horse which I bought s-?- John Leach also the rent of a field of Corn ground five Dollars and five Dollars which I borred of Said John Leach making in all fifty dollars which is to be paid on or by me the first day of octobere next at which time if said $50 is paid then in that Case this mortgage is to be void and no effect otherwise to Remain in full force and virtue and to be liable for the payment of the said $50 in witness whereof I have perunte?
