Young This Mortgage Witnesseth that James A Leach stands -?- indebted to Thomas J Young in the sum of sixty five Dollars due the day of 1848. and to - -?- and pay the said sum of money the said Leach has this day sold and doth by these presents sell assign and Convey to said Young the following discribed property to wit my whole Crop of Corn growing in the field supposed to Contain about 10 acres One Brown Mare about 9 ys old 3 beds & furniture One Cupboard and Cupboard -?- Two Tables To have and to hold unto said Young and his heirs forever But to be Void upon the said Leachny paying to said Young said Sum of Money to gether with an interest and costs which may or has accured upon the same.
