Know all by these presents that we Kier Right and William Lee are held and
firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the just and full sum of
fifty pounds current money to which payment will and truly to be made we
bind ourselvez our heirs and firmly by these presents sealed and dated this
9th day of October 1820.  The Condition of the above obligation is such that
whereas there is a marriage shortly intended to be had and solemnized
between the above bound Write and Mary Lee both of the County of Madison if
there be no lawfull cause to obstruct the same then this obligation to be
