Lee This Indenture made this first day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighteen Between Elizabeth Little widow and relict of Henry Little deceased and Samuel Little, George Little, John Jackson & Rachel his wife, late Rachel Lyttle, Henry Little and Abraham Little, heirs of said Henry Little deceased of the County of Fleming and State of Kentucky of one part; of Willis D Lee of the same county & State aforesaid of the other part: Witnesseth; that the said Elizabeth Lyttle widow and relict of the said Samuel Little, George Little John Jackson & Rachel Jackson his wife, late Rachel Little, Henry Little and Abraham Little heirs of said Henry Little deceased for and in Consideration of a bond given by the said Henry Little deceased in his lifetime To Joseph Leak, and having been assigned to said Lee bearing date the sixth day of December one thousand eight hundred & sixteen & of the payment of three hundred Dollars, The Consideration therein expired, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted bargained & sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Willis D Lee as aforesaid his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in the County of Fleming on Fleming creek entered, surveyed, and pattented in the name of Edward Wilson & James Duncan, and bounded as follows to wit: Beginning at John Summervilles corner on a Line of McAlexanders eight hundred acre survey, on the south side of Fleming Creek, thence with said to James Williams line, thence with said line to a white oak on the Bank of the creek thence a south course a cross the creek with the several meanders thereof to the Beginning Containing eight acres be the same more or Less to have and to hold this said tract or parcel of Land & premises with the appurtenances unto the said Willis DLee as aforesaid and his heirs forever & the said Elizabeth in the Capacity of widow -?- and the said Samuel Little, George Little, John Jackson & Rachel his wife late Rachel Little Henry Little and Abraham Little heirs of said Henry Little deceased for themselves, their heirs Execators & Administrators do warrant and will forever defend the before described land and premises with the appurtenances unto the said Willis DLee & his heirs against themselves their heirs and all persons Claiming by through or under them, but not against any adverse Claims whatever.
