On Motion of Elizabeth Lee and William Lee Administration is granted them on
the Estate of Richard Lee Decd whereupon they (took the ?) necessary oath
the necessary oath and entered into Bond in the Penalty of ___ with Grisham
Lee and Noah Lee their Securities conditioned as the Law directs - On motion
of said Admr It is ordered than William Walker, John Herndon, Edward Stinson
and ____ Stephenson or any three of them ___ who being first sworn do
Inventory and Appraise the personal estate of and Slaves of said Decd (if
any) and make report to this court.
