HESTER GREEN LEFLER
 
    Hester Green Lefler, 95 years of age, of Sante Fe, New Mexico, passed away 
on March 26, 2003.  She was the daughter of Martin Green and Nancy Catherine 
Hoskins of Bell County.  Her date of birth was March 26, 1904.  Ms. Green was 
the wife of Julian Lefler and mother of Lewis Thomas Lefler, both deceased.
    She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Clara Thompson, Edna Perry 
Green, Margaret (Peggy) Thomas and Florence Zody, and her brothers, Robert 
Green, Martin Green, Jr., Homer Green and Hugh Green.  Mx. Lefler is survived 
by nieces, Ms. Bobby Perry Hilliard of Galiesto, New Mexico and Mrs. Betty 
Perry Smith of St. John's Island, Florida, and other family members who 
remember her with love.  She is laid to rest near her husband in the family 
plot of the Pineville Cemetery.
