Town of Lexington, State of Kentucky, May 3, 1820. I hereby certify that I
have this day baptised George Washington, son of William and Susannah
Matilda Liddard, natives of the metropolis of London in England, who are
now residents of this town. Their son George Washington was born in
Lexington, State of Kentucky the 28th of April 1819.
