LINDSEY, JACK, SR. - age 62, formerly of Knoxville, died Wednesday October 
27, 2004 at Alvin C. York VA Medical Center in Murfreesboro, TN. A native of 
Harlan, KY, Mr. Lindsey was a graduate of the University of Tennessee and a 
U.S. Army veteran serving in Vietnam. He was preceded in death by his mother, 
Ruth Crawford and sister, Sue Christian. He is survived by his son and 
daughter-in- law, Randy & Karen Lindsey, Jr.; grandchildren, Miranda, Shane, 
and Sarah Lindsey all of Wallins Creek, KY; daughter, Katherine Lindsey; 
sisters & brothers-in-law, Imogene and Charlie Rutledge of Harlan, KY, Laverne 
and Dan Rodgers of Knoxville; brother, Wayne Crawford of Clearwater, FL; and 
several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at Tennessee Veterans 
Cemetery Monday for a 1:30 P.M. graveside service with Rev. Odie Carroll 
officiating. Military honors by the Volunteer State Veterans Honor Guard. 
Friends may call at their convenience at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel.
