Earlington, Ky.  
     Mrs Zadie Long, 64, died at her home near here at 9:15 o'clock last
night after a long illness.
     She was a charter member of the General Baptist church in Earlington.
     She is survived by her husband, Otha; one son, Ansel, of Earlington;
one brother Lorenzo Burden, of Los Angeles, Calif; two sisters, Mrs. Ada
Gough of Evansville, and Mrs. Noka Dexter, of Earlington, and one
grandchild.
     The body was taken from the Reid funeral home to the residence.
     Funeral services will be conducted at the General Baptist church at
Earlington at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon.  Rev. O.B. Clark,  pastor, will
officiate.  Burial will be in Oakwood cemetery.
