Spencer and State of Kentucky to Nelson KING of the County of Bullitt and State 
aforesaid of the other part ... that for and in consideration of the sum of one 
hundred and fifty dollars current money to them in hand paid grant and sell all 
that tract of land lying in the County of Spencer on the waters of Dutchman 
Creek bounded by the corner of Joseph BEARD & the line of WIGGINTON.
