Glasgow (KY) Republican, 1965.
Clevis Eubert Lowe, 64 year old retired merchant of Austin, died Saturday afternoon after an illness of 
about two years. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. 
Sarah Lowe; a daughter, Mrs. Claude Berry, Austin; three sisters, Mrs. Irene Barker, Danville, Ill; Mrs. 
Margaret Gibbons, Russellville, and Mrs. Edna Woodcock, Austin; four brothers, Evans Lowe, of Austin; 
and two step-daughters, Mrs. Johnnie Francis, Austin, and Mrs. Hattie Lowell, of Tampa, Fla. Funeral 
services were conducted Tuesday afternoon at the Mt. Olivet Church with burial in the church cemetery 
under direction of the A. F. Crow and Son Funeral Home."
