                        MRS. EASTER LOWE
                         March 6, 1969
PHYLLIS - Mrs. Easter Justice Lowe, 73, of Phyllis, died at 3:35 p.m. 
Tuesday at the Pikeville Methodist Hospital, Unit To, after a long illness.
     She was the wife of Sam Lowe who survives.
     Born at Phyllis, she was a daughter of Isaac Justice and Rebecca 
Honaker Justice. She was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church.
     Survivors include her husband; a son, Eugene Lowe of Mansfield, KY.;
four daughters, Mrs. Kelsie Bevins, of Phyllis, Mrs. Edna Goff and Mrs.
Mavis Goff, both of Raccoon, and Mrs. Dorothy Mercer of Springfield, O; 
two brothers, Ballard Justice of Greasy Creek and Don Justice of Rochester, 
NY; a sister Mrs. Ora  Justice of Pikeville; 19 grandchildren and one 
great-grandchild.
     A daughter, Yvonne Lowe . . . . . .(this part is missing).
