Additional Comments:
This photo measure about 10 x 12 and is in wonderful shape for being over 100 years old. Mary Ann's son James stored the photo in a large, covered box with other family photos.  When he died, it was given to his daughter, my grandmother, Elsie Lynch Stockham.  

Mary Ann Hamilton, daughter of Reuben and Sarah (Ferguson) Hamilton, married David Nelson Quick in 1857.  They had two sons, George and William Quick, before David died in the Civil War. Mary Ann then married James G. Lynch.  Mary and James had children Anna, Nathaniel, Charles and James Jr.
