This tin photo is believed to have been taken between 1890-1899.  Letitia is 
the daughter of Mayson and Polly Dowell Jared; granddaughter of Joel and Mary 
Polly Dowell Jared.  She and Thomas had two children; John Thomas (died in 
infancy) and Alford Lincoln Lynch, before Thomas' death in 1869.  Her second 
marriage produced five children: Eugene, Clara, Elisha Forest, Mary Christina, 
and Annie Bell before Jasper died.  Her marriage to William produced no 
children.
