In the earlier years of her life, she accepted Christ as her Savious (should be Saviour), but felt that she had drifted away, and on the 2nd day of January, 1946, she definitely renewed her covenant with God, and professed faith in the saving grace of our Lord and Saviour. She was taken to St. Joseph's Infirmary, Jan. 4th where she remained until she passed away. She suffered beyond expression but yet was sweet and patient. She prayed and sung, gave exhortation and words of warning to others. As God in His Infinite love and wisdom, saw fit to call her away, we humbly say, "Not My Will but Thine Be Done."
