William Maginnis & Patsey his wife in consideration of the Sum of two [?] Hundred & twenty dollars to them in hand paid by the sd. David Wilson at the Insealing & Delieving [sic] of these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained & Sold & by these presents do & Each of them doth Bargain & Sell unto the Sd. David [two misspellings of Wilson crossed out] Wilson & his Heirs for ever la[crossed out] a certain tract or parcel of land Lying & Being in the County of Mercer on the waters of Salt River Containing Sixty one acres & bounded as following (to witt) in two Lots Beginning at an ash Corner to William McGraw thence S79W 88 poles to a Buckeye & ash Corner to William Daughortis thence S11E 74[?] poles to a Stone & white ash in Said Daughorties Line thence N79 East 88 poles to a Stone Corner to William Magraw thence West[crossed out] North 11W 76-1/4 poles to the Beginning containing 41- 1/4 acres the residue Begins at a stone Corner to William Magraw thence S11E 30 poles to a Stone thence North 78E 105 poles to a lin in Wilson Line thence N11W 30 poles to a Stone & two dogwoods Corner to Sd Magraw thence S79W 105 poles to the Beginning. To have & to Hold the Sd. above granted and Bargained Premesis [sic] with all & Singular the appurtenance Privilege & to the Same belonging & in any wise appertaining to him the Said David Wilson his Heirs and Assigns for ever hereby warranting & depending [sic] the Claim Right & Interest of the Said David Wilson his Heirs & assigns in & the above Described Premises against the present & future claim or claims of any Person or Persons whatsoever. In witness whereof the Said William Maginnis & Patsy his wife have hereunto Set their hand & Seals this date above the word twenty dollars Inter lined Before Signed.
