OBIT: Marshall, Livingston Co

This is one of the clippings our grandmother kept.  We do not know the 
name of the paper it came from.  She dated this article Jan 13, 1949.

MRS. MARSHALL DIES AT HOSPITAL HERE

Mrs. Mary Jane Marshall, 1232 Park Avenue, died at 3:15 a.m. 
Thursday at Riverside Hospital.  

Mrs. Marshall had been a resident of Paducah approximately ten years.
She was born at Grand Rivers, Livingston county.

Survivors include the husband, C. H. Marshall; two daughters, Mrs. 
Coleman Duke, Paducah, and Mrs. Theron Phillips, Marion; a son, 
Ralph Marshall, New Castle, Ind.; two sisters, Mrs. J. B. Marshall, 
Kuttawa, and Mrs. Effie Marshall, Paducah; two brothers, Ernest and 
Russell Jones, both of Kuttawa; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Grand Rivers 
Baptist church with the Rev. L. R. Bottom officiating.  Burial will be in 
Dixon cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Raleigh Stubbs, Robert Lowery, S. E. Sexton, 
Howard Heath, Billy Nickell and Othello Boone.  The body will be at 
Kennedy's funeral home, Paducah, until 12:30 p.m. Saturday.
