LOIS MASON

	Lois Mason, age 64, a resident of Middlesboro, KY passed away 
Wednesday, October 6, 2004 at her home.  She was born September 11, 1940 in 
Pineville, KY, the daughter of the late Levi Polly Sr. and Mae Killion Polly.  
She was a member of the Red Oak Baptist Church.
	Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Ethel 
Collins.  She is survived by the following members of her family: Husband, 
Burchfield Mason Sr. of Middlesboro, KY, Children: Larry & (Cheryl) Mason of 
Elsmere, KY. Wilma & (Cliff) Lightfoot of Bremerton, Washington, Joyce (Mike) 
Avery of Hebron, KY, Burchfield Jr. & (Mary Ann) Mason of Amelia, Ohio, Ricky 
Mason of Middlesboro, KY, Douglas & (Densise) Mason of Goshen, Ohio, Lisa & 
(Aaron) Price of Clarksville, TN and Theresa &(Chucky) Napier of Pineville, 
KY,  Three brothers; Clarence Polly of Shepardsville, KY, Levi Pauley, Jr. of  
Ft Thomas. KY and Douglas Polly of Dayton, KY, Two sisters: Betty Webb of 
Harrogate, Tenn., and Dorothy Baker of Middlesboro, KY, 13 grandchildren, 8 
great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
	Funeral services were held at 1:00 Saturday October 9, 2004 at the 
Creech-Durham Funeral Home Chapel. Pineville, KY, with Rev. Dale Jones 
presiding.  Music was provided by the Red Oak Baptist Church choir.  
Pallbearers were sons and sons-in-laws.
	Burial followed in the Gibson Cemetery. Clear Creek, KY.  Visitation 
was Friday from 6-9 at the Creech-Durham Funeral Home of Pineville which was 
in charge of arrangements.
