p.220  Will of JAMES W. MATTHEWS, states that insomuch as he divided his
property with his children as they became of age, it is his will now that
all
the property, land, stock, and ready money should belong to PHOEBA MATTHEWS,
his wife, and at her death, the land to go to B. J. Matthews
and S. F. Matthews, and  the surplus property to be divided equally with
each child after all debts are paid, should there be any.
April 9, 1860.
