Tuesday October 6, 1981, McCreary County Record:
Lester Lee Maxwell, 32, Sidney, Ohio, died there Oct. 1. Funeral services were 
held here Sunday, Oct. 4 at 2 p.m. at Hickman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. 
Wayne Marlar officiating. Burial was in Angel Cemetery./  Born July 1 1949, in 
Somerset to Violet Maxwell and the late Ledford Maxwell, he was a polisher for 
Stolle Corporation and member of Calvary Chapel. He was married July 7, 1967, 
to Wilma Hummel./  Survivors include his wife, Wilma Maxwell; three children, 
Angela Marie, Patsy Jean and Leonard Ray Maxwell, all of Sidney, Ohio; his 
mother, Violet Maxwell, Stearns; a brother, David Allen Maxwell, Stearns; four 
sisters, Carolyn Faye Troxell, Hill Top, Janet Lynn Helton, Corbin, Katheryn 
Lou Shook and Donna Jean Conaster, both of Stearns. His father and a brother, 
Leonard Ray Maxwell, preceded him in death./  Hickman Funeral Home was in 
charge of arrangements.
