MULVANEY; McCAFFERY; BORER; BENNETT; FAIRLEIGH

Know all men by these presents, that we Thomas MULVANY & Peter BORER are held & 
firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the just & full sum of fifty 
pounds, United States currency, which payment, well and truly to be made and 
done, we bind ourselves, our heirs, &c jointly, severally & firmly, by these 
presents, sealed with our seals and dated this 10h day of September 1824

The condition of the above obligation is such that if there should be no legal 
cause to obstruct a marriage shortly to be solemnized between the above bound 
Thos MULVANY & Miss Lucinda McCAFFARY for which a license this day issued, then 
the above obligation to be void, else to remain in full force and virtue in law.

Clerk of the Cort of Mead County Sir pleas to grant Thomas MULVANY license to 
Marry my daughter Lousindia McCAFFRY and in so Doing you will oblige yours
