McCauley, Iris Jean Shaffer
Age 65, died Tues., Aug 8th, 1989 at Baptist Hospital East.  She was a retired Customer Service employee for the Sears Roebuck & Co.  She was member of the Ladies' Auxilliary of the VFW Post 1170 Middletown.  She is survived by her husband, Richard McCauley; a daughter, Regina Susan Horgan of Murfreesboro, TN.; 2 sons, Richard S. & Jeffery L. McCauley; a brother, James Schaffer.  
Also survived by 5 grandchildren.
Funeral Services, 11 a.m., Fri., at the Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd., with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park.
Visitation from 4-9 p.m. Wed., & 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. & 4- 9 p.m. Thurs.  
expressions of sympathy may go to Hospice of Louisville or the Oncology Program at Baptist Hospital East.
