This day came Margaret McElroy wife of James McElroy before us the Subscribers Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid and being examine by us apart from her husband freely & voluntarily and without the persuasion or threats of her husband to James Ryan containing four hundred acres lying and being in said County & Deeded to said Ryan by said James McElroy bearing date the 7th October 1800 Given under our hands this 5th day of March 1804.
