McGinnis August 23 1866 Boyle-Meade County KyArchives Deed Written: August 23 1866 Recorded: November 18 1867 Deed Book 10, page 263 This Indenture Witnesseth that for and in consideration of Tend [sic] Dollars to us in hand paid the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged We William R. McGinnis and Elizabeth McGinnis his wife of the County of Mead and State of Kentucky have bargained and Sold and do hereby alien and convey to John R. Bolling of the county of Boyle and State aforesaid the following described property to wit. One certain half Acre Lot No. 61 in the Town of Perryville County of Boyle and State of Ky and bounded as follows beginning at the North East corner of said lot running South with cross Street (between said lot and the property of B. Crow) to an ally [sic] thence West with said Ally far enough to make an half Acre thence North a Strait [sic] line to an ally thence East with said alley to the beginning containing one half acres be the Same more or less said lot is now in the possession of said Bolling. Together with all its appurtenances and improvements to have and to hold to said Bolling and his heirs &c forever and We Wm. R. McGinnis & Elizabeth McGinnis his wife do hereby covenant and agree with said Bolling for ourselves our heirs &c that we will forever warrant and defend to him and to his heirs &c the title to said property and appurtenances against all claims whatever.
