Article of Agreement between Hezekiah McGinnis of Boyle County and Kentucky and 
Grandison McGinnis of the same county and state afs'd Hezekiah McGinnis on his 
part agrees to sell to Grandison Mcginnis all his undivided interest in the 
land on the South side of the Noblick road supposed to be two acres being the 
same more or less for the sum of Twenty five dollars per acre.  The money to be 
paid when the deed is made.  April the 1st 1861.
