Deed Book 7, page 80

This Indenture of bargain and sale made and entered into this 30th day of 
August 1858, between W. H. McGinnis of the first part and Joshua P. Owens, of 
the second part.  Witnesseth, That for and in consideration of two hundred 
dollars, in hand paid, the said McGinnis doth hereby sell, alien and convey 
unto the said J. P. Owens, all the right, title and interest that the said W. 
H. McGinnis has in and to the tract of land that belonged to his father, 
Washington McGinnis, in Boyle County, Ky. To have and to hold the same unto him 
the said J. P. Owens, and his heirs, &c, forever.  And the said McGinnis will 
forever warrant and defend the title to his interest in the land above 
mentioned, unto said Owens, free from the claims and demands of all other 
persons.  In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, the day and year 
aforesaid.

I, Jas. F. Zimmerman, Clerk of the County Court for the County aforesaid, do 
certify that the foregoing Deed of W. H. McGinis to Joshua P. Owens, was this
