F. Owings, of the County and State aforesaid, and by these presents do bargain, sell, transfer and alien our right, title and interest to the said Francis Owings and her heirs forever, or undivided interest in about forty-five acres of land more or less, belonging to the heirs of Washington McGinis, the same lying in the county of Boyle and State aforesaid, and being the interest we have in the part of Mary B. McGinis, deceased, and we bind ourselves to warrant and defend the title we have in said interest, against the claim of all and every person or persons whatever. McGinis and Julia Ann McGinis, his wife, to be their act and deed. And said Deed, with this certificate, hath been duly recorded in my office.
