Book 11, page 241

Whereas S.D. Williams and wife by their deed of date 12th day of Sept 1867 
recorded in the Boyle County Clerks office in Deed Book No. 10 pg 183 to which 
reference is here made for a description of the tract of land conveyed the said 
to the undersigned Jas. M. Phillips & to Rachel Ann McGinnis & Rebecca A. 
McGinnis jointly and each to hold, and interest in said land in proportion to 
the part of the purchase money paid or to be paid by each and whereas said 
Rachel Ann McGinnis & Rebecca A. McGinnis have this day united[?] with said 
Jas. M. Phillips in a deed made of this date to R. P. Gregory for of said land 
to wit, fourteen & 1/3 acres the whole consideration of which to be paid by 
Gregory is for the benefit of said Phillips & said 14 & 1/3 acres being his 
full proportion & interest in said land.  Now for and in consideration of the 
premises, We Jas. M. Phillips & Lucinda his wife by their presents do bargain 
bargain sale alien & convey & forever release unto said Rachel Ann McGinnis & 
Rebecca Ann McGinnis all our right title and interest in the remainder of said 
land ?????ing after deducting said part sold to Gregory.  Witness our hands 
this 17th day of July 1869.

I Jon'a. B. Nichols Clerk of the Boyle County Court do certify that the 
foregoing Deed duly stamped as required by act of Congress was acknowledged on 
the 17th day July 1869 by Jas. M. Philips and Lucinda T. his wife in due form 
of law to be their act and deed and was this day filed and ordered to be 
recorded which is now done.  Given under my hand this 28th day of December 1869.
