He was born January 30, 1927 to the late Lewis J. & Annie Hestel Hubbard Meador. He was preceded death by his brother C.L. Meador & a sister Lydia Jane Newton. He is survived by his Wife Genieve Norton Meador and children Michael Glen (Betty) Meador & Judith Lynn Morrison; two grandchildren Jeffrey N. Meador, & Angela K. (Matt) Hacker; one great grandchild Ashley M. Brown. Funeral services will be held Thursday October 26, 2017 at 11 AM EDT at the Alexander Funeral Home in Irvington. Burial will follow at Freedom Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday October 25, 2017 from 5 to 9 PM EDT and after 8 AM EDT on Thursday at the funeral home.
