Will Bk A., P 409, 410 In the name of God, I Eleanor MILES of the County of Washington and State of Kentucky being old and weakly in body but of sound memory and understanding do Constitue and ordain this to be my last will and Testament towit my body I wish to be directly entered into the grave yard at hardins Creek chapel. My soul I resign to my Creator who gave it me and as to any worldly goods after all my Just Debts are paid it is my will and desire that they be disposed of in manner and form as follows. Item i\1 I will and bequeath unto my son William MILES one mulato negro girl named CLARE and a negro boy named GEORGE to belong to him & his heirs forever and also CLARES increase. Item 2nd I will and bequeath unto my son Barton Elecious MILES one negro man named CHARLES to him and his heirs forever. Item 3rd I will and bequeath unto my son Joseph MILES one negroe man named HARRY and after my receiving at the sale of twenty Dolears per annum during my life at of the ___ of said HARRY in part of my main _____ transfer the residue of his ____ line from the 21st day of August in the year 1804 I also will and bequeath unto my son Joseph. Item 4th I leave my son William MILES and my daughter Priscilla her husband Thomas OSBURN Executors to this my last will and Testament and all the remainder of my estate not _____ in this will to be sold to the best advantage and after all Just Debts expences and such legacys as is not otherwise provided for is paid off it is my will that the balance be equally divided amongst my children William MILES Barton S.
