20 August 1825 Spencer Co. Deed Book A p. 255  Conrod MILLER of the County of 
Spencer and State of Kentucky to Rosana MILLER...  for and in consideration of 
the sum of one thousand dollars to me in hand paid hath granted bargained and 
sold the plantation I now live on containing three hundred and twenty three 
acres that is conveyed to Jacob BAINING/BRINING and so many acres lying as such 
bounds which I sold to ROBERTSON... bordering a corner of V. REDMAN... to a 
dogwood in A. HEDDENS field.
