[illegible ] expenses be paid as soon as may be convenient ………. my decease and I do give devise and bequeath to my wife her own choice of any one Horse or mare belonging to my Estate with her saddle and bridle and likewise her choice of ………………. and necessary furniture for the same belonging to my Estate …………… her unassailable right to [illegible] of as she may think [illegible] I also direct and charge my Executors to assess (?) so much of …… -al Estate at public as may be [illegible] to manage (?) a ……………. of my part of a contract entered into by my brother JACOB ……… myself for one Hundred acres of land bought of my father ……….. MILLER SENR dec’d. My negro Girl SAL shall not be sold but ……… sequences (?) of my Executors thinking it and [illegible] to [illegible] benefit of the family it is at their discretion (?) ……………………………….. be assessed (?) in manner following to wit the first (?) ……………………………… shall be the property of my daughter ANNE ……………………………….... Shall be the property of one ……………………………. my surviving children [illegible] slaves (?) ………………… Supported by my Estate until the Heir is in a situation ………… And furthermore it is my will so long as my wife remains in her [illegible] hood she shall live and remain on my plantation making as good and decent a livelihood for herself and children according to the best of her endevours (?) as she can be ………….. consequence of her marrying the plantation shall be meted (?) ……… the benefit of my children except the one third of the note which shall be my wife POLLYS property during her natural life And it is likewise my charge after so much of my property shall be sold as will satisfy all my just debts the remainder shall remain unsold for the benefit of my family until the youngest arrives at maturity And should any of my children die before they or any of them come to lawful age their portion shall be divided in common among the survivors [illegible] in consequence of my wife marrying and the place being rented the remaining (?) personal property shall be disposed of to the best advantage and be equally divided among my children And my wife POLLY she having a childs part and I do nominate constitute and appoint my brother JNO MILLER & my brother JACOB MILLER Executors of this my last will and testament and hereby revoking any former will by me at any time heretofore made do make and declare this writing only my last will and testament In [illegible] whereof I the said ADAM MILLER JUNR have here unto set my hand and affixed my seal this twentieth day of March 1814 ADAM MILLER (seal) Signed sealed published and delivered by the said ADAM MILLER as his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other And at his request (?) have subscribed our names as witnesses to the Execution thereof JNO S DALY (?)
