Ola Mary Miller, 73, Irvington, died Oct. 11, 2008, at her residence. She was born Nov. 18, 1934, to the late Curtis and Essie Blanche (Woods) Horsley.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Denver and Danny Compton; and two sisters, Jo Ann Drane and Jean Johnson.

Mrs. Miller is survived by her husband, Robert C. Miller, Irvington; two children, Dale Edward Compton, Falls of the Rough, and Machelle Ann Ramsey, Bowling Green; four stepchildren, Robert L. Miller, Huston, and John, James and Brian, all of Hawesville; three sisters, Maxine Harned, Hardinsburg, Faye Nix, Irvington, and Helen Lowe, Orlando, Fla.; a brother, Wendell Horsley, Irvington; 17 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. 

A memorial service was held Oct. 18 from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home, Irvington.
