Miss Burnetta Minor, 87, formerly of Taylor County, daughter of the late Mr. Henry Minor and Mrs. Lydia Coyle Minor, was born in Kentucky, January 1, 1883. She died Tuesday morning, December 8th [1970] at the Casey County Hospital in Liberty. She had been a patient at the Green River Rest Home at Liberty for the past two and a half years. She had made her home in Louisville for many years before her illness. She professed faith in Christ early in life and was a member of the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Those living in Taylor County are: Mr. Cleveland Minor of Mannsville; Mr. John Minor of Campbellsville, Route 6; Mrs. Susie Wise of Campbellsville; Mrs. Maggie Campbell, a patient at the Boston's Convalescent Center; Mrs. Bessie Waggoner of Campbellsville, Route 2; Mrs. Sylvia Veatch of Campbellsville, Route 6; and Mrs. Helen Bowles of Campbellsville, Route 2. Funeral services were conducted Thursday afternoon, December 10th at the Parrott and Ramsey Funeral Home by Rev. Clarence Bertram. Burial was in Brookside Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Cleveland Minor, Woodrow Minor, Mitchell Minor, Kenneth Minor, Handley Minor and Manuel Minor. From unnamed, undated Taylor Co. newspaper ______________________________
