Nancy M. Montgomery
Sept. 7, 1930 -- Feb. 7, 2007

Nancy M. Montgomery, 76, of Clyde died on Wed., Feb. 7, 2007 at 
Valleyview Nursing Home, Fremont.

Mrs. Montgomery was born in Salyersville, Kentucky on Sept. 7, 1930 to 
the late Willie and Hazel (Pickelsimer) Combs. She was a member of the 
Emerald Beach Church of Christ, Panama City Beach, Florida.

She and her late husband owned and operated the former Montgomery's Gulf 
and the Country Inn Restaurant, both of Clyde. 

She is preceded in death by her Dad and Mother and husband, C. B. Montgomery, 
whom she married on Dec. 14, 1948 and he died on Oct. 8, 2002.
They had retired to Panama City Beach, Florida in 1996 and Mrs. Montgomery 
returned to Clyde in 2006.

She is survived by two daughters, Linda (M. Eric) Shepard, Perrinton, Michigan; 
Karen Langley (Steve), Clyde; and two sons: Michael Montgomery (Joni), Clyde and 
Mark Montgomery (Anne) of Fremont. Nine grandchildren and two great grandsons 
also survive. Her brother, Willie Combs JR (Freda) survives in Clyde OH

Additional Comments:
All though she moved away from Magoffin CO. she never forgot her Roots when her 
Husband was alive they often made trip to Salyersville. All of her Family is 
buried on the Earl May Cemetery. She will be Missed.
