	On the waters of Marsh Creek on the ridge between Hays Creek  + Orsband Creek and bounded 
as follows to wit:

	Beginning at NE corner of James Dickinson place now owned by J. N. Ball Е..to a corner of 
a 75 acre survey of in the name of Wm Murphy ЕЕЕto H. T. 
Stephens corner Е. Back to the Lovit line to the beginning.
