Submitted by Shirley Gillespie Moore Surnames found in this document are: Moore, See, Brown 1860 William Moore Sept to 1/9 of 42.0.00 Boons creek 19 William See This Indenture made the nineteenth day of Sept A.D. 1860 Between William Moore and Angeline More late Angeline See of the County of Clark and state of Kentucky of the first part, and William See of the County of Bourbon and State aforesaid, of the second part WITNESSETH; That said first party for and in Consideration of the sum of One hundred and seventy dollars all of which sum has been paid, except a balance of fifty five dollars which balance is now due, hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant and convey unto the said second party his Heirs and assigns forever, all their right title and interest in and to a tract of Forty two acres of land lying and being in the County of Bourbon and state aforesaid and on the waters of Boons creek, and the undivided ninth intended to be Coveyed by this deed is a part of said forty two acres which was allotted to Margaret See as her Dowere in the lands of her husband George See deceased. for a more particular description of said Land reference is made to the record in the Clerks Office of the Bourbon County court with the premises thereto belonging, and said first party do covenant that they will warrant the property hereby Conveyed.
