OBIT: Moore, David, 1989, Hopkins Co SERVICES SATURDAY, JAN. 20, FOR JOHN TAYLOR MOORE, 69 Services for John Taylor "J.T." Moore, 60, were held Saturday afternoon, Jan. 20, at Apostolic Holiness Church. The Rev. David Bayer officiated, assisted by the Rev. Robert E. Akers. Burial was in Rosedale Cemetary. Moore, 337 Wayne Drive, Hopkinsville, died at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan 17, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, Tenn. He was born Oct. 30, 1920, in Hopkins County, son of the late Alvin and Bonnie Moore. He was a World War II veteran, having served in the U.S. Army. He was a retired carpenter and member of Dawson Springs Apostolic Holiness Church. Survivors include his wife, Nell Katherine Farar Moore; three sons, John Moore, Tommy Moore and Jim Moore, all of Dawson Springs; two brothers, Verlan Moore, Dawson Springs, and Dewey Moore, Hopkinsville; and six grandchildren. Pallbearers were Don Farar, Sam Renfrew, Alan Moore, Brian Moore, William Herman Moore and Kenneth Moore. Honorary pallbearers were William Ramsey, Allen Redden, Eugene Davis, Omer Johnson, Tom Lanham and William Kyle.
