First I give to my beloved wife Angeline all the household and kitchen furniture one horse or cow of her own choosing. I desire that all my real estate be taken charge of by my sons and rented out at the highest price obtainable until all my debts are paid and in the meantime my sons shall take care of & provide for their mother. After this charge on my lands is released I give to my wife during her life, One Hundred (100) acres of land, convenient to and including the mansion house, beginning at a gate post on the public road, running thence on a Straight line to a large Walnut tree on Mrs. Beggers, sluce, near a branch and for quantity towards Bibbs, so as to include the dwelling house aforesaid. To my sons and my grandson Ablin(sic) S. Moore I give the balance of my lands and Estate and the remainder in the aforesaid One Hundred(100) acres of my wife's, to them in equal shares in fee found. But this gift is upon this condition : The said Sons and Grandson are to contribute, each equally, towards the purchase of Eighty ( 80) acres of land each for my two daughters, Susan Hardman and Margaret Oden, and which shall be purchased in Missouri and which lands the said daughters are to have for life and at their death to go to their issue, if they have any bring at their death & if none, then the said land is to revert to the said sons and grandson or the survivors of them and their issue forever per Stipes and until Said land is purchased for said daughters, the Said Sons and Grandson are to contribute each $16 per year for the said daughters -- the sum so raised (viz $80) to be divided between them, and unless said land be purchased or money paid the said sons and grandson are to have no part of my estate but they need not purchase Said land or pay said sum until the rent of my lands pays off my debts or until my Said sons and grandson gets possession of same part of my lands under this will. I desire that my son George qualify as guardian for my grandson Albin., that his education and maintenance may sell this land if necessary. I desire one of my four sons now living in this State to qualify at my Executor and do not desire him to execute any bonds. I desire to change the desire to my grandson in this respect: in the event he dies without issue his share of the Said land, if any left after educating him, is to revert to my Sons or the Survivors of them, and their issue per Stipes, this November 17,1880. signed Wm Moore Attest J. I desire that might real and personal Estate be equally divided between my legal heirs living at my death, as the law now provides, except that the Said Estate going to my daughters shall be subject to the restrictions mentioned in my will heretofore made as to its revision in case they die without issue, and so also the restrictions heretofore made as to my grandson shall also apply to his share of my real Estate, There need be no reinvestment in Mo land and no contribution to my daughters support as theretofore provided--I desire that my brother John V.Moore qualify as my Executor without Bond together with such one or two of my sons as he may select. W.Priest State of Kentucky Montgomery County Court January Term January 19 1885 An instrument of ?conting? purporting to be the last will and testament of Wm Moore deceased was this day filed in open Court and offered for probate and a codicil thereto annexed was also offered for probate. Whereupon said will was proven by the testimony of J. H. Hazelrigg and B. F. Wyatt Subscribing witnesses to said will and the codicil was proven by the testimony of J. H. Hazelrigg and F. W. Priest two of the subscribing witnesses thereto to be the last will and testament of said deceased and the signature to said will and codicil was proven by the oath of John V. Moore to be genuine.and as such said will and codicil is established by this court and ordered to be recorded which I certify is now done. Witness my hand this January 19 1885 T. W.
