I give to my son James an equal proportion of all my estate real and personal with the addition of one fourth of the whole to be divided among my surviving children except a bond I have on the heir of ______ Kimcheloe for a lot in Bairdstown. With out Lots which I give in addition for the care and education of my S. son James and it is my will and desire that my friend James Nourse may have the sd lot and lots by virtue of said bond valued that the title to sd lots may be made to him his spending the sd value in the care and education of him my son and I request my said son to abide with and receive the instruction of my sd friend James Nourse until he my sd son shall arrive at lawful age. I appoint James Nourse and Michael Camp my executors.
