SCIENCE HILL -- Karen Mullins, 58, of Rialto, Calif., formerly of 
Eubank, died Thursday at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

Born July 21, 1944, she was the daughter of Leon Griffin, of Eubank, 
and the late Pauline Bryant Griffin. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Fred Mullins; two sons, Scott Mullins 
of New Port, Ore. and Jason Mullins of Rialto, Calif.; two brothers, 
Eddie Griffin of Somerset and David Griffin of Eubank; two sisters, 
Brenda Leach of Waynesburg and Linda Smith of St. Louis, Mo.; one 
grandchild.

Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home by 
David Bullock. Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be after 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
